What you're agreeing to.

These terms govern your use of Alphadek (the "platform"), including the website at alphadek.xyz and any subdomains. By creating an account, committing a prediction, subscribing to the mailing list, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

Alphadek reserves the right to update these terms. When we change them, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and — for material changes — notify the mailing list. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

One person, one account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an Alphadek account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. You may not create multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard, commit the same prediction under different handles, or otherwise game the record.

If you use Google to sign in, you authorize Alphadek to receive your email address, name, and Google account ID for the purpose of authentication. See the privacy page for how that data is handled.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@alphadek.xyz. Deletion removes your account and anonymizes your predictions; the predictions themselves remain on the record. This is explained in the methodology page and the privacy policy.

Committed means committed.

When you submit a prediction on Alphadek, it becomes immediately and permanently part of the record. You cannot edit the asset, direction, magnitude, horizon, confidence, or reasoning after submission. You cannot delete a prediction. Voided predictions (where grading could not complete) remain visible with a "void" flag.

This is a structural feature of the platform, not a policy choice. By committing a prediction you acknowledge and accept that the commitment is permanent.

Alphadek is not a financial advisor.

Nothing on Alphadek constitutes investment, trading, financial, tax, legal, or any other kind of professional advice. Predictions are records of what a researcher committed to, graded mechanically. They are not recommendations. An Alpha Score is a measure of past accuracy against a specific grading formula, not a forecast of future performance.

If you're making financial decisions, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction. Alphadek is not responsible for any decisions you make based on anything you read here.

Researchers on Alphadek are independent. Their predictions are their own. Alphadek does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the content of any researcher's reasoning or attached sources.

What you can't do.

You may not:

• Commit predictions you don't intend to have graded — i.e., submit garbage to inflate your prediction count or manipulate the feed.
• Create multiple accounts or operate on behalf of other accounts to manipulate the leaderboard.
• Use the platform's content — predictions, reasoning, track records, or aggregate statistics — in a way that falsely implies a researcher endorses something they don't.
• Scrape, crawl, or copy the platform at a rate that interferes with normal operation, or build a substantially similar product from Alphadek data without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, interfere with its security, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our prior written consent.
• Use the platform for anything illegal in your jurisdiction.

You keep it. We display it.

The reasoning text you write, the sources you attach, and the predictions you commit remain yours. By posting them to Alphadek you grant the platform a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store them for the purpose of operating the platform. This license does not let us sell your content or use it for purposes outside of running Alphadek.

You confirm that any content you submit is yours to submit — that it doesn't infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights. If you attach someone else's research report, make sure you have the right to share it.

When we take action.

If you violate these terms, we may suspend your ability to commit new predictions, hide your profile from discovery, or terminate your account. We'll generally contact you first unless doing so would be impractical or risky (for example, if the violation is ongoing abuse).

Committed predictions from a suspended account remain on the record, flagged as such. This preserves accountability even when an account is no longer active.

The warranty disclaimer.

Alphadek is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output (prices, settlements, Alpha Scores) will be accurate in every case. The three-source median we use for grading is the most honest aggregate we can produce, but sources have outages, revise historical data, and occasionally report anomalously.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alphadek will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the platform. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the platform will be resolved in the competent courts of the UAE, unless applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
